Pet Policy


We are a pet friendly community. There is a $250.00 refundable pet deposit. We require a copy of recent rabies,distempter,and parvo vaccinations for dogs. We have breed restrictions and a 40 pound weight limit for dogs. We also allow cats and require current rabies and feline series vaccinations.
